New PABT terminal location under protest

July 27, 2016

The Port Authority Bus Terminal’s decision to award a design contract based on a new location: 38th to 40th St./Ninth Ave to 11 Avenue, has recently drawn stiff opposition from local Hell’s Kitchen residents and community leaders.
