Aug. 29, 2017 Peter Pan Bus Lines has released the much awaited press release announcing the end of the past 19 years business partnership (alliance/revenue share agreement) between Greyhound and Peter Pan that began in January 1999. While there were some advantages to this pooling agreement, in the end, financial and policy squabbles, distribution of revenue, and other disagreements culminated in a federal lawsuit that has been making its way through federal courts since Sept. 2015. It took an additional two years to sort out the tangled business relationship between First Group (Greyhound) and Peter Pan, in preparation for the separation. Here is the Press Release:
