Just 500 feet from the Port Authority entrance, a Northbound Greyhound bus was pulled over and passengers questioned by the NYC Sherrif department regarding where the passengers originated and informing those who came from further than New Jersey that they must now quarantine for 14 days according to a New York City law.

The stop & search took about 30 minutes. Other individuals who have been stopped in their cars at various entry points to the City face summons’ if they refuse to quarantine.

These state line border patrols have been ordered by Mayor Bill DeBlasio.
