Reports say that the ink is settling on a purchase agreement of P & B, McGinn, and Brush Hill, from the Anzuoni family which have owned the enterprise since 1948. The details have yet to be approved by the DPU in an upcoming April 9th meeting, but the ink is set to dry. Purchase price has not been revealed. Over 100 employees will remain, including family members who will be on the advisory board. Win Sargent is a South Shore entrepreneur who founded Winthrop Capital Advisors. He brings two partners: John Cogliano, chairman of the Mass Turnpike Authority, and Paul Fuerst, owner of a tax advisory company.
