A tour bus returning home after a one day casino trip has crashed into the back of a moving tractor trailer at a high rate of speed with 13+ fatalities, and 31 injuries. The accident occurred on I-10 westbound near Palm Springs, California at 5:17 am.  The driver and most passengers in the first four rows were killed by the impact. There was some roving construction – installation of overhead cables – in the area.

The autopsy will reveal whether drugs or alcohol was a factor in the accident. NTSB is on scene with go team to analyze this terrible accident.
