Peter Picknelly has found a buyer for the former bus terminal, administrative offices and parking lot at 1776 Main St., Springfield, Ma. A housing services nonprofit called “Way Finders” has purchased the land and building. Way Finders is a nonprofit established in 1972 and helps with housing for lower and middle class families. They will spend a combined $13 million and $2.75 million for the total property. It is unclear whether the bus garage or parking lot is part of the purchase.
